The Witchpreneur Summit by The Collective Witchery is a 5-day event that will help witchy entrepreneurs learn how to manifest, market, and manage their business.

The goal of the Witchpreneur Summit is to provide attendees with tips and strategies to enchant and empower their lives, their businesses, and their environment.

The Summit is presented as a walkthrough of the five elements, with each day corresponding to a different element and a different theme. Here is the outline and categories:

How It’ll All Work

Let’s do a quick rundown of how the whole thing will work.

The event will run from 25 – 29 October 2021 with pre-recorded presentations running each day. These presentations will include 30 to 60 minutes of content (with up to a 5-minute pitch), and an optional worksheet that follows along with or complements the presentation.

There will also be a Facebook group for attendees to hang out in, hold each other accountable, and ask all of us additional questions. If attendees have good questions while your presentation is going on, you’ll be able to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.

The additional Facebook live is not required. Those who did it last year had a great time and the attendees went nuts!

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have three weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I’ll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make your promos easy to outsource to a VA.

During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the Boss Witch Premium Access $97 Pass. This includes:

  • An All-Access Pass for the replays
  • A variety of bonuses gifted by the speakers
  • Three Months access to The Spell of the Month Club’s digital spellbook subscription ($51 value)
  • One month free trial to The Witchpreneur Academy ($99 value)

This will provide immense value to our attendees while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions. Yay!

 

There are different ticket tiers that attendees can choose from:

  • Basic Biz Witch Free All Access Pass: Live session access only – no replays.
  • Early Bird Biz Witch $47 Pass: Access to the live sessions & replays. This early bird pricing will last until the day before the summit starts.
  • Boss Witch Premium Access $97 Pass: All-access pass with exclusive bonuses.
  • All Access Biz Witch $67 Pass: Access to the live sessions & replays. This pricing will be offered only during the week of the summit.
  • Last Chance $99 Pass: This ticket will be offered only when the summit ends.
  • $99 Sponsorship opportunity: Sponsors are promoted on the landing page and sub-pages of the site and in the footer of emails sent out via the platform. Includes 1 ticket entry.

PLEASE NOTE: All speaker sessions are pre-recorded to avoid any tech snafus during the summit. So any mention of ‘live access’  refers to the time that a pre-recorded speaker session is played on the schedule.

What I’ll Need From You

So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s chat about it! My goal is to make this all as easy as humanly possible so we can all have a blast while providing great value and growing our businesses.

1. BASIC INFORMATION

The first thing I’ll need is some very basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and speaker page.

This information includes things like:

  • Name
  • Title
  • Bio
  • Square headshot

I’ve put together an easy Speaker Bio form for you to fill out that will help collect all your basic information so that I can create your speaker page. You can access it here.

Next, I’ll need you to sign the speaker agreement and send it back to me via email at your earliest convenience. You can access the Speaker Agreement here.

2. PRESENTATION

Next up is your presentation! This is a 30-60-minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual, than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great while having fun in the process.

Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they’ve really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they’re missing something that they need to buy from you asap.

With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:

  • Slides
  • No slides (just your gorgeous/handsome face)
  • A mixture of the two
  • Interview-style

Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:

  • A quick introduction
  • An overview of your topic
  • Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
  • Teaching section
  • Specific action steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)
  • Up to a 5-minute pitch
  • Include questions for attendees to answer in the Live Chat and/or Facebook group throughout to boost engagement

3. WORKSHEET

Along with each presentation will be a worksheet. Although this is optional, it is highly recommended. There are a few reasons behind this:

  • They encourage people to take action, which increases value
  • It’s an easy way for viewers to take notes
  • We’ll be able to capture the email addresses of people interested in your topic, which you’ll receive after the event is over. Legally, we can only provide you with the audience’s email address if you provide a worksheet or other such material.

The content of the worksheet should follow along with your presentation and encourage attendees to take action. You are more than welcome to include links and a call-to-action at the end.

As I said, this process is meant to be as easy as possible so you have a couple of options. You can either:

  • Create the worksheet yourself, using your own branding. With this option, you’re free to reuse it in the future however you’d like; or
  • Write out your worksheet contents and send them to me to be put into the summit’s worksheet template.

Regardless of which option you choose, your worksheet and/or worksheet contents will be due along with your presentation on 15 October 2021, to give my team enough time to take care of it.

4. THE BOSS WITCH PREMIUM ALL-ACCESS PASS CONTRIBUTION

The Boss Witch Premium All-Access Pass will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:

  • eBooks
  • Workbooks
  • Courses (big or small)
  • Freebies
  • Unlisted YouTube Videos
  • Facebook Live recordings

Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.

It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.

Information for these resources is due on 8 October 2021. You’ll be able to include your resources in the Speaker Information form mentioned above.

5. Speaker Lead Generation

In addition to the Boss Witch Premium All-Access Pass Contribution, and the 5-minute pitch at the end of a presentation, there are also three other lead generation opportunities for Speakers. These are optional, but the more you choose to do, the greater your opportunity is to gain more leads. These opportunities are: 

  • Freebie/Lead Magnet Freebies are designed to help Speakers offer their own lead magnet during the summit to encourage Attendees to enter their email addresses. Freebies are shown on the Speaker Pages and the talk detail pages. Speakers will need to provide a description, image, and URL where attendees can get the freebie.
  • Prize-Draw Giveaway A giveaway will be made available to Attendees if they share this summit across their social channels (as an incentive to increase registrations). Attendees can also be entered into this prize-draw by turning up to a Talk live. Winners and Speakers are notified 24hrs after the Talk has taken place. Speakers will need to contact the Winners directly with instructions on how to claim their prize.
  • Exclusive Offer Offers are a great way for Speakers to generate interest, signups, and sales for a product of theirs. Unlike a giveaway (which by definition is something an attendee will win for free), Exclusive Offers are meant to help drive revenue for you. Offers are typically discounts rather than freebies. For example, you might offer 10% off your latest book or course, or 3 months free if they sign-up to join your membership. Speakers simply need to enter a URL for Attendees to redeem the offer. Offers are sent out to Attendees at the end of the day in the Replay email.

6. PROMOTION

The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

Therefore, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on 4 October 2021.

You’ll want to share using your affiliate link, which you’ll find within your speaker page, so you can get in on the 40% commission that will come from any ticket or sponsorship sales.

You’ll find swipe copy and graphics within your personal speaker page dashboard.

AFFILIATE DETAILS

While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?

That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the summit tickets where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from the traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by 30 November 2021.

All Summit Speakers will receive a 40% commission.

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, your Speaker Page Dashboard includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics – all you’ll have to do is download and share. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.

Just remember to use your affiliate link, which you’ll also find on your Speaker Dashboard.

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.

ACTION STEPS

For the sake of clarity, here are your current action steps:

  • Let me know you’re in via email
  • Provide your information and materials
  • Sign and return the speaker agreement
  • Once I have your basic information, I will be able to create your personalized Speaker Page, set up your dashboard within the summit site’s backend, and email your login details to you
  • As soon as you’ve received that email, go ahead and log into your Speaker Dashboard and download your promotional materials and grab your affiliate link
  • Join the speaker Facebook group
  • Let me know if you have any questions up to this point!

Remember to grab your to-do list and get things added to your calendar. Because if you’re like me, if it’s not in your calendar it doesn’t exist.
